Fishery Reports Booking Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all members of the party on whose behalf the booking is made.
- 1. BOOKING
- Bookings should be made direct to Fishery Reports Ltd, by internet or touch screen device found at all Fishery Reports Ltd waters.
- 2. PAYMENT
- Unless otherwise specified on the Confirmation Invoice payment should be made in full at the time of booking.
- 3. CONFIRMATION INVOICE
- When we receive your reservation we will issue a Confirmation Invoice. Check the details & raise any queries immediately.
- 4. PRICES
- We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time before you book. Once you have booked, the price of your trip is fully guaranteed and will not change.
- 5. FISHERY DETAILS
- Every care is taken when compiling brochure and promotional material to ensure the information is correct. However we are unable to accept liability when circumstances beyond our control result in the facilities described being altered or withdrawn.
- 6. PROOF OF PURCHASE
- An email and/or text message will be sent to you at the time of booking. This is your proof of booking, and you should ensure you have this ready to show the bailiff throughout your fishing trip.
- 7. CONDITIONS
- All bookings are also subject to the conditions set by the relevant fishery.
- 8. AGENTS
- The booking system and its management are at all times acting only as an agent for the fishery. All letting contracts are therefore between the fishery and the person taking the fishing.
- 9. WITHDRAWL OF SERVICE
- The system management and/or the fisheries reserve the right to immediately withdraw fishing without compensation from anyone who breaks these or associated conditions, or flouts normal standards of behaviour or fishing etiquette.
- 10. EQUIPMENT
- You need to bring your own fishing equipment (rods, reels, lines, flies etc) unless you have specifically agreed with the fishery well in advance that they supply this for you.
- 11. COMPLAINTS
- If you have any problems with the standard of service provided on the fishery, please tell the bailiff or fishery manager straightaway and if you do not get a satisfactory response, please contact Fishery Reports immediately, so that we have time to act before you leave. Failure to do so will severely hamper any chances of us obtaining fair redress for you.
- 12. CANCELLATION BY YOU
- In the event of cancellation by you, for whatever reason, the following scale of charges is payable: - At least 48 hours before booking date the fishery will allow a date change without a charge. Any notice of change or cancellation with less than 48 hours before booking date the fishery will not allow a date change and no refund will be given. Local fishery terms and conditions apply and overrule. Fishery’s decision is final.
- 13. GIFT VOUCHERS
- These are non refundable and non transferable.
- 14. CANCELLATION BY FISHERY REPORTS LTD
- Fishery Reports Ltd reserves the right to cancel your booking in which case we will offer an alternative booking of equivalent standard or a full refund.
- 15. CATCH RETURNS
- You must report details of any catches caught at a Fishery Reports Ltd water, using the Fishery Reports catch return data input fields, available online or via the touch screens located at all Fishery Reports Ltd waters.
- 16. CURTAILMENTS & LIABILITY
- Neither Fishery Reports Ltd nor any person assisting it shall be liable for the consequences of delays or restrictions from adverse weather, obstructions, repairs or damage to navigational works, flooding, shortage of water, industrial action, fuel-rationing, shortages of or non-availability of fuel or any other cause and reserve the right to restrict the activity if unusual or hazardous conditions prevail. Neither Fishery Reports Ltd nor any person or company assisting or collaborating with it shall be liable for death, personal injury or illness.
- 17. GOODS SOLD BY FISHERY REPORTS
- Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. Ownership of the goods supplied shall remain vested in Fishery Reports Limited and shall not pass to you until payment in full for all such items has been made.
- 18. GOVERNED BY ENGLISH LAW
- Your contract with Fishery Reports Ltd is governed by English Law and any dispute is to be settled in the English Courts.
